# Unanswered and unavailable calls

An **unanswered outgoing call** to the End User will not be charged, if the receiving party does not pickup. &#x20;

Depending on the service, Ask Harry will wait and try a second time if the call remains unanswered.  For details of the number of retries and the delay between retries, see the documentation for that feature.

An **unavailable outgoing call** that goes through to voicemail or an answering service will be charged at the standard per-minute charge. &#x20;

**Note:** In all situations, if the feature includes an incoming call, the incoming call will be charged for.
