This set of documents forms the guidelines for using the Ask Harry Services.  This includes how we need supplied phone numbers formatted, Prohibited Region Prefixes (eg premium services) and how the Ask Harry service deals with unanswered calls.

This guide should be used in conjunction with our Policies and Legals section.
